  • Morning ladies congrats again to all those that made goal and also to all for the losses and or keeping going in general.

    As for me, no way am I making goal this month! lol I went to a dinner tonight (a sinful one...well not that bad really but drinks with it!) Good thing I had DH hide the candiessss for the trick or treaters tomorrow! Lord help me! lol

    I hope you all have a great weekend, I will be getting back on that wagon and looking forward to being here and working towards my Christmas challenge as well as here....keep up the great work! Happy weekend

    Whelll, my weekly average weight is down 5lb from the WA at the start, so I guess that's a victory...I just wish my daily weights wouldn't bounce so much...makes me nervous...let's see what the scale has in store for November...

    10/22 - 159.6 lbs (-3.0) It's moving in the right direction finally.

    10/26 - DNW on purpose.....late dinner last night and I feel "puffy"

  • I didn't reach my goal weight for this month. But at least I ended with a weight loss of -1.2 Lbs. Good Luck, Everyone!

  • I have been MIA for a while but I have been OP. I'm not able to post at work now and have been super busy once I get home. I have been eating right an working out almost every day. I'm happy to say that I met and surpassed my goal for Oct.
