  • So I saw that nobody started a september weigh in thread so I thought I'd get that ball rolling. Everybody did so well with the previous ones so I hope that some people join me to stay accountable and motivate each other

    SW= 274.5
    GW= 267 (out of the 270s and a 50lb milestone)

    9/1= 274.5
    9/2=279.3 Oh no!!!!!!!! Maybe those 3 slices of pizza last night had something to do with this.
    9/3=277.4
    9/4= DNW, woke up super duper late (late baseball game last night, only had 1 hot dog...lol)
    9/5=DNW forgot
    9/6=278.7
    9/7=279 uh oh. Ok, vacation started friday and I have screwed up. Im out of town for the rest of the week. I have to make better choices

    Eeek instead of losing I managed to gain 5.5 pounds. Not what I was hoping for with all the hard work I put in in the second half of the month but I guess Today is a new day. I will try not to be down Only down in pounds
  • I failed big time last month so my goal is the same. Hopefully I can do it this time. I must be eating at maintenance or something so I guess I have to be be more restrictive. Maybe since I stalled I'll get a whoosh.

    I'm still a couple of lbs higher from my lowest. Bad bad bad. Based on this past week alone it seems like anything that contains wheat will push my weight up the next morning. I wonder if I am gluten sensitive. I've plateaued for almost 3 months once before so I'm thinking things will turn around in October. I would so love to hit 150 by New Years.

  • Hello I thought I'd start posting here! I've had an account for a while but never actually posted before!

    SW: May: 200lbs

    I thought I'd set a goal weight for September that's realistic to break. I've lost about 8-10lbs per month so far, but I feel that as I get lighter it won't always be as fast so I don't want to get discouraged. A steady 4lb loss for this month will make me happy, but hopefully I'll lose a bit more

  • I'm still here but have been lurking more than posting. I was super strict with diet and exercise the 3rd week of August but I fell hard on the 4th week and gained back everything I had lost for the month. I'm still trying to get back on track but it's hard. I feel hungry all the time. I'm thinking it's because TOM is coming soon. Anyways, I need to get back on track. The clock is ticking and that cruise will be here before I know it. I don't want to look like a beached whale this time.

    I've been away from 3FC for a while now-- this thread is a good way to recommit myself to losing these last 5 pounds. I actually plan to lose a bit beyond 175 (165?) but am going to stick with my original goal and see where I'm comfortable.

    (Tmi ahead---)Almost a week ago I had an endometrial ablation where they scorch your uterine lining to prevent heavy bleeding. I've been so swollen but it's finally getting better. Now I'm just hoping the procedure worked. I'll just be happy if my periods are more normal and not the nightmares that they were.

    I'm hoping I have 1 or 2 lbs more in water weight to drop, but maybe being sedentary the last week made me gain half a lb

  • I'm out of the 260s and into the 250s I also reached my 1st 10% goal yesterday to lose 29 pounds. It makes me feel really good seeing the numbers keep dropping. August had been a really slow and discouraging month and I'm glad to see things progressing again like when I first started.
