I feel like a fraud. I'm still losing water weight from vacation, so seeing these huge drops makes it look weird! I'm still working on getting to where I was before vacation! 5.5 gone!
No one loses nearly 2 pounds overnight unless they are holding a lot of water!
A couple days late to the party but I am here! I am buying a new scale this morning so will report my accurate weight later today. My goal is big for the month - I am hoping to drop 20 pounds. I am just restarting my weight loss so the first while should show some bigger losses (I hope!).
I plan to weigh in every day to begin (I will probably stop the daily weigh-ins later once they begin to slow down and begin to frustrate me!). Here goes!!
Alright, I haven't done one of this in a month or two but it looks like my body may be ready to lose weight again. Setting the bar low. My plan is usually 5:2 (two days of fasting on 500 calories), but I'm not sure if that's what I'll be doing right now. I've been doing so much activity that I think fasting may just add unnecessary stress. I might try one fast a week plus an eating window of 8 hours the rest of the time. We'll see how things go I guess!
