    Well, 0.3 for the month, but started a good exercise plan and halfway through c25k, and got back on my eating plan, so not bad for summer, festival and bbq season, feel like I dodged the 180s, they were getting scary close.

  • Good Morning Everyone

    My usual weigh in is Saturday but weighed in this morning because it's the end of the month.

    Official weight loss for the month is 6.8lbs, so close, but still a good number. Looking forward to August challenge
  • So it's over - starting weight was 163.8, goal 154. I reached 156.8 - not my goal, but I'm still happy as I managed to break a plateau and lose 7 lbs. Hoping to lose the last 2.8 lbs soon - let that be my next mini-goal.

  • Morning ladies. So happy to see so much progress made in July whether you met goal or not. I am definitely ready to start the August thread and get back to a regular schedule.

    Sandye ~ I know right. You know where to find me. I like that I can post all my runkeeper stuff to facebook as well. Keeps me honest. I haven't started work yet. A third party handles all the background screening, drug test etc and it has been a process. I'm supposed to officially start training August 10th which coincides with the boys going back to school. So, we will definitely be back into the swing of things around here. I am just going to have to find time to come here and exercise once I start but I'm trying to plan ahead at least while I know my training schedule which will be at least for 8 weeks. In any case, how are you guys settling in from vacation? Done with those weeds yet?

    Alright, I'm going to head over the August thread and set my goals for August. See you wonderful folks over there.

    ~ Well...no. The weeds are still there. It was just too hot and honestly...I just don't care enough about it. Enjoy this last week of down time before life starts back up again full force. We're finally getting back on track after vacation, the time change has been the hardest part and something I desperately need to work on for me. I put school off for one more week when I realized that I need more time to tweak D's workload a bit. He'll be a freshman this year and we have some make up to do, so he'll have a lot more on his plate. (which means I will too)

  • Well, I got to goal (by quite a bit) and then "lost it" with vacation weight gains, but that just means it will make it easier for next month, right?

    Still - I had a 7.6 pound loss even with a week's vacation thrown in there, so that is a success in any book! ON TO AUGUST!!!!

  • I just posted on the first page of this thread. I just update that everyday or so. Anyhow, I did awful this month. But I did reach Onderland On 7/29/2015 so that was an awesome goal. I'm up a few pounds because the day I weighed in at 199.8 LBS we went out of town for two days. I was off plan so hope to be back to Onderland in a few days. Good Luck, Everyone!

    This was a rough month for me, still good but not so much on the scale, a few non-scale victories under my belt though (fitting into a size 16 Levi's jeans, getting a compliment about my weight loss from a sales associate I adore at Sephora <3, going from XL to L in a few shirts, etc.) not too bad, but August I can do better, keep going everyone!
