  • I am restarting completely. I edited my signature and profile to reflect my new starting weight. I am going on a cruise next March and that is my main motivation. I want to wear cute sundresses, flattering swimsuits and sexy elegant dresses. If I lose 1 pound per week, I would be down almost 40 pounds by the cruise which I think is a realistic goal. If I worked really hard and lose 2 pounds a week, I would be at my ultimate goal by the cruise. For now, I'm just going to aim for 1 pound per week.

  • Keep it up ladies! Only halfway through the month! Pauli, we all have bad weeks and months. Its a lifetime goal not a short term, things will turn around, just not necessarily the day you or I want them to!

    June 13= out of town. Hoping for 282 or less by the 20th
    June 20=287.6 I know I drank a Sh*t ton of water yesterday without any exercise, but I am super annoyed right now
    June 27= 282 I'm back on track. Gotta stay motivated

    I cant weigh myself everyday or i'll go insane. for each day do you just edit your original post?

    GOAL is 275lbs by June 30. Aggressive, but I'm going for gold
  • Everyone's doing great! I was so excited to see a drop back down a whole lb after a bump back up. Whew. It's probably because we went swimming yesterday. I almost always notice a drop after I swim even if I drink a ton of water. Weird!
