The one thing I find really useful to alway have in the cupboard are to atoe pasta and sweet and sour noodle mug shots. Both are free. I think the cheese ones a re 1 point. Im a veggie so don't know how many syns the meaty ones are.
They are great to have in, when you start to get 'mentally hungry'.
Also, having a freddo in always helps me...I don't always need to eat it but it's always there and at 5 syns it's not the end of the world to have a one two or three times a week with a cuppa!
