    Still plugging away! I took a break from the scales (usually a daily weigher) and it made me feel better. I've lost a little weight from last week, and I feel like there's some momentum there... Will keep following the plan!

  • Weighed 286.2 this morning so only 11.2lb for the minigoal by 4th July
    down another 1lb YAY!!

    I had a good week, lost 4.4. That puts me 6.6 away from my goal for 7/4. I think that's doable, but it will take some work. I usually have a slow week after a big loss like this last week.

  • Missing you, 3FC....taking a short break from the scale this week while we move house....stress is crazy, but builders are so nearly done with our new place now - I was able to walk up the path and peer in the windows yesterday, which was just surreal. I know I'm bouncing around between 200 and 205 right now, but I've got this week planned out, then it's back to the grind. Plus lifting all these boxes will be good exercise . See you on the other side!!

  • *sneaks in * I hope it is ok to join in with you guys , I just completed a challenge, and I'd like to throw in on this one, even though there are less than 2 weeks to go .

    SW - 229.2 (artificially inflated, I weighed myself in the middle of the day after breakfast & lunch + dealing with PMS, hoping to have a huge drop next weigh-in on 6/27 *here's hoping*)

    GW - 221.6

    Weigh-in days :

    6/23 - 229.2
    6/27 - 222.4
    7/04 - 221.8 lbs.


    Challenge End Weight - 221.8 lbs. I won't quibble over .2 lb. , thank you so much for the challenge, let's keep going! <3

    Jenni, you're so consistent - next mini goal in sight?

    Am finally back online, looking forward to signing off this challenge with weigh-in tomorrow, and joining in the next one.
  • Brambie....weightloss is so weird. I am just focused on 219 and trying to take it 5 at a time. Back in January I got down to almost 210 and was so frusterated because it slowed down so a big goal is to push through even if the scale stalls. Look at you your almost to onderland!!!!
