OK sorry I'm spamming here, but it's the same time again... and I should go to the store and buy some skim milk for next morning's coffee, but I really, really want chocolate. I'm writing here to stay clean. Watch me.

Oh dear, survived - and only because I had written here. All those sugary things were just screaming at me from the shelves. My favourite cookies were in discount too (yes, I stopped to look). But I _know_ I can't have just one or two pieces of chocolate or one cookie. I need to have enough to feel sick, I won't be satisfied otherwise.

I'll have some fruit now. Damn I hate these cravings.

You're an inspiration, Pigeon! Ice-cream is my biggest temptation, too. Sometimes, in summer, I realize it's more thirst than anything else sending my thoughts that way and water or cold fruit helps.
