    I went to a fancy supper event last night so I'm extremely pleased with No Change in my weight this morning.

  • I'm going down, slowly but surely. I'm looking forward to being able to add in some exercise in 1-2 weeks. I've been meeting my 60 oz water/day goal as well.

    gardenerjoy - It sure is! Don't know how I pulled that one off LOL! I've been experimenting with my eating plan this month and figured my body would need an adjustment period. It seems to be cooperating with me
