Warrior diet??

  • Hi!
    I was reading about Intermittent Fasting and all 5 plans, and the Warrior Diet stuck out to me. I feel like it's a good fit for my schedule and how I'm hungrier at night. But I've always heard that your body can't process more than 700 - 800 calories at a time and the rest will go to fat (which obviously I don't want) anyone know if that's true?
