Sorry to be such a downer today. After being on this diet 7 months, I am really getting impatient for goal and feeling the diet fatigue. Really need a whoosh to get me back in the swing of things.

CenTxChk - I feel your frustration!
I've had a couple of small losses and even a couple of small gains over the past few weeks. I'm glad you're journaling, my coach used mine last week to pinpoint a couple of things to watch/adjust.

Kellyc14 - my coach told me last week that this is the hardest part of the diet! I saw my endocrinologist on Friday and she confirmed that. She also said that
everyone hits a plateau at some point. You just have to keep going, do what you know to do to follow the program, and the weight will come off.
