Have you been tested for insulin or leptin resistance? Many people who believe they are actually find that weight loss within ketosis proves they are not, or that they are sensitive rather than resistant. Ultra low carbing will not make you lose faster and will not fix the issue any better than low carbing, it simply makes it more challenging for you (as a vegetarian) to balance the necessary calories out with alternative foods. IP was designed WITH the restricted product as part of the program. If you think about it ... will 50-70 extra calories and 5 extra carbs make THAT much difference? Most people enjoy them, some don't.
When you say 6 eggs for dinner, I'm assuming you mean a mixture of whole and whites only? Or are you basing your protein on whole eggs to get the protein count up high enough?
