  • thank you everyone for the daily eats and recipes. I am going to try the crack slaw tomorrow beings today is Ash Wednesday and will be making some type of seafood. Maybe someone can post some delicious phase 1 seafood recipes for lent season.
  • What types of herbal teas are you guys drinking. I am interested in trying some. Maybe in the evening hours as to help me relax and as always follow it up with 8 ounces of water.
