  • The Rewrite Challenge
    With no free passes available, things went a little crazy with stress eating yesterday. It was all healthy food and I don't regret it.

    I consider the first part of this challenge a success, though I was not able to implement it perfectly. Success is always more useful to me than failure so I am soldiering on through with a REWRITE CHALLENGE from Day 13 to Day 21.

    The REWRITE CHALLENGE is to stay at 1900 or less. There are UNLIMITED FREE PASSES so failure is impossible.

  • I'll join! Rebooting the weight loss after two babies in as many years. Goal is to stay under 1450 cals a day. After these 21 days I'll re-evaluate what a good cal number in the long run would be.
