Made my goal of sticking to my exercise schedule for the rest of the month starting the 25th. This thread really helped me stay on track. On to Dec!
My goal is to stick to my personal exercise schedule each day.
11/25: 45 min Irish dance practice
11/26: 25 min jog/walk
11/27: scheduled rest day
11/28: 60 min walk
11/29: 25 min jog/walk
11/30: 28 min heavy lifting
