    Supper: Baked Lemon Greek Chicken, 1 Cup Delicata Squash with 1 tbsp Torani Sugar Free Brown Sugar Syrup, 1 Mini Small Tomato
    Snack: Mock Grape Wine

    S - Rainbow's spice cake--ugh didn't have time to make it. Ate pudding instead.

    L: Proto-Thin Cream of Chicken soup with sauteed mushrooms, garlic, and red peppers + curry powder, salt, and black pepper. - YUM! Also, a salad of romaine lettuce, cucumbers, celery and red radishes.
    S: Quest Chocolate Brownie Bar
    D: Shrimp + scallop stir fry with mushrooms, peppers, garlic, and a bit of tamari. Also - roasted asparagus & zucchini.

    If necessary, in the evening, one small dill pickle.

    Supper: Peanut Butter Stir Fry made with 8 ounces boneless skinless chicken breast, 1 cup or bell pepper, onion and celery, and Peanut Butter Sauce, 1/2 Cup Delicata Squash with 1 tbsp Torani Sugar Free Brown Sugar Syrup, 1/2 Cup Roasted Green Beans
