  • HELP!!

    Could someone tell me why it says that ONIONS are 0 points BUT COOKED ONIONS are 1 point?

    I had greenbeans w/ onions cooked in them.I added the 1 point for my tsp. of maragrine.I went ahead and added a point for the onions since they were "cooked". I couldn't figure this out.

  • I have no idea. They used to do that with carrots, too. Maybe as they are cooked they have more natural sugars contained in them? Makes absolutely no sense to me!! I would just count them as 0 and be through with it. I don't count points in o point veggies no matter how much I eat of them, and I have had no problems.
