    Did the Couch to 5k. Then the stretch/flexibility from the new DVD.
    Not a fun weekend ahead. A friend/co-teacher died on Saturday. Viewing tonight, funeral tomorrow. Died in her sleep, not known why yet, 45 years old. Been an awful week.

    so sorry CalCounter - how sad!!!1

    I did 40 minutes of the Mix & Match dvd this morning. I just picked four 10 minute segments - don't remember the names right now. and then did squats and planks too.

    did y'all see on Leslies fb page yesterday that you can buy this new Mix & Match video at itunes for $1.99. what a great price! and now i have it on my ipad wherever i go the link is:

    House full of company again...........11 kids under 9..........noise level is way up there......may curtail my exercise. Next weekend is the same.

    I'm probably taking the day off. I could have gotten up early to exercise but I am just exhausted from this emotionally draining week. The only nice thing was lots of former teachers came to visitation last night so it was nice to see everyone

    Sorry that link doesn't work... If u go to iTunes and search for it under tv shows it should come right up

    I cleaned house for 10 hours today ... I can't even believe it took that long but it did... Lots of extra cleaning in our guys' empty rooms . I'm pooped!

    Its only been 13 days since Sept started and there is 70 posts in this thread, Thats very cool

    I worked out to my Start! Walking At Home DVD with Leslie Sansone at noon today and I'm gonna walk again here in a few mins. I did the 2 mile at noon and I'm gonna do 2 miles again in a few mins.

    Did the couch to 5k and then followed up with The flexibility one on the new DVD. Next Saturday is the 5k I signed up for. If you had told me a year ago I'd be running a 5k... I would have never believed it. And it all started with Leslie!
