I took today off because I had mammogram in the AM and another appt in the afternoon. So in between I just did 6 of the 10 minute segments from the new mini walk dvd. I still can't use to what to call them! So I guess I just say one hour instead of a certain number of miles. This afternoon I go to my strength training also.
Yes, I think I lost a little more because of the running and all the exercise. I don't want to lose anymore so I am adding more food. I still wear a size 8 so it's not like I'm too small but people keep telling me not to lose anymore.
No workouts for so long, but we did finally move! Between remodeling and fixing the house, prepping animal pens for winter and just trying to clean the yard around the house has kept me hopping. Still a lot of work to do but we are in a house on our farm out in the country so I am happy. Might not be much of a house but I don't have to have fancy to call it home.
