  • I'm going with 3.3 pounds (1.5 kg) to support Sum38's goal and because I have no idea how fast or slow I can lose weight right now.

  • My goal is to get into the 180s (a bit ambitious for me, but it's an ambitious month!). The first few pounds should come off easily as I'm pretty sure it's just water weight from my diet break.

  • I'd like to lose 6 pounds over the course of July. That might be a stretch, not sure, but I might as well really go for it!

  • Last month I lost half of what I needed to reach my next mini goal of being at my prepregnancy weight so I'd like to lose the rest this month. It's a bit ambitious considering the amount lost in June but this whole past week I've been mostly stalled so I'm hoping for a whoosh soon to get me started.

  • I'm in again as well, I want to lose another 7 pounds for July.

    I would be THRILLED to be 205 or under at this point as I want to be out of the 200s by the end of summer vacation or Labor Day.
