  • I spent the first week of this challenge on vacation, so I'm not too bummed the gain. I'm glad to be in this challenge so there's the incentive not to let 1 week's vacation turn into a month's indulgence.

    I'm so happy I joined this challenge. Since I have become a 3FC member not long ago, it seems I have become much more aware of what I am eating for sure and weighing myself at least every other day.

    How was everyone's first week?
    One pound down for me. I am ecstatic for that and hope to keep up the momentum. I am sure a gain is headed my way (I am pretty consistent about gaining every 4 weeks) but with losses like this every week, little gains are easier to take. How are you doing?
  • Forkeeps: Thanks so much! I had a bit of a bigger loss this week, because it is my first week of really counting calories. I had been kind of watching what I ate for the past few weeks, but this was my first "taking it seriously" week. I'm not expecting losses quite like that again, but it certainly gives me motivation
