I spent the first week of this challenge on vacation, so I'm not too bummed the gain. I'm glad to be in this challenge so there's the incentive not to let 1 week's vacation turn into a month's indulgence.

I'm so happy I joined this challenge. Since I have become a 3FC member not long ago, it seems I have become much more aware of what I am eating for sure and weighing myself at least every other day.

Keep up the work, and the support guys! I'm so happy to have joined this challenge...I agree, it has made me, too, more aware of what I'm eating. It really has been a big help for me this week.

One pound down for me. I am ecstatic for that and hope to keep up the momentum. I am sure a gain is headed my way (I am pretty consistent about gaining every 4 weeks) but with losses like this every week, little gains are easier to take. How are you doing?

Forkeeps: Thanks so much! I had a bit of a bigger loss this week, because it is my first week of really counting calories. I had been kind of watching what I ate for the past few weeks, but this was my first "taking it seriously" week. I'm not expecting losses quite like that again, but it certainly gives me motivation
