    Saturday:
    B: 1/2 scoop Body Fortress Cookies & Cream whey protein blended with ice & water, tea with milk and stevia
    L: romaine salad with oil and acv dressing, 4 oz grilled chicken, 1 C celery, 1 C cucumber
    S: Premier Protein vanilla rtd mixed with cold coffee
    D: salad with oil and vinegar, 4 oz steak, 1 C mushrooms, 1 C onion, Splenda-sweetened 0/0/0 lemonade

    D: 8 oz ground beef with homemade taco seasoning, romaine lettuce, 1/2 C tomatoes, 1 C cucumber, 1/2 C bell peppers
