  • So.. TOM is due (seems like it's always due ) and I have eaten pretty bad the past few days but I have almost zero remorse for the two trips to White Castle. I'm so spent from being busy with work, going to the gym, my son's baseball, wedding plans, Dr appointments, 6th grade registration, and now today I feel a little under the weather. I'm very happy to announce that I'm not doing a single thing tonight except plant my sodium-bloated butt firmly into the couch.

    I also finally got new running shoes. Pretty sad when that excites me.

  • Yes, I will be running this weekend with the group Diana. On both Saturday and Sunday. They tend to run a long way (10+ miles), so I need to be strategic that I run long one day (10+ miles) and short (about 5 miles) the other. They are also having a potluck on Saturday. I'll bring food and drink to that but will not eat (just drink).
  • Yay! Met my goal for the month!!! Lost 7 pounds! Soon the 2.5 week stall out will happen, so I'm happy I got there. Anything else for the month is bonus!

  • its going to be a hot, busy day today...temps in the 70s i have meetings all morning and then work all afternoon plus i have errands to squeeze in....tonight i HAVE to buy myself a new pair of running pants because i've had these ones for 2 years at least and the inside seams are splitting, which is rubbing my inner thigh raw ouchhh....i will not get a workout in because i'm busy all day *sigh*

    and for some reason i have the start of TOM today despite being on my pills....i haven't had a real TOM in several months although i've had the bloating etc and i shouldnt have this TOM until sometime next week...weird

    Syckgirlsfv Ha Ha My DH never gets bloated or worries about water weight from Chinese food. I don't watch many shows, was it Couples Retreat? I saw that one! Loved it. Did you see Internship? I wanted to go see that one but never got the chance.
