    Stepped on the scale this morning, and it is down a little. I hope that it stays that way for Monday's weigh in. I'm ready to see a loss!

  • I would like to join this thread. At 235 and hoping to move that scale down soon. I went to the gym today for the first time in ages - like probably 6 months. I was actually sweating so I am proud of myself - normally I avoid sweating (weird right?) so this was a huge accomplishment for me.

  • I feel like I've missed a few days here. I had way to much curry last night and I missed a couple of Callanetics sections but I'm back on it. I also found my other running shoe. I have been looking for it since February.

    It was stuck behind my spare tire. So it's just a sign I really do need start back running in October. I hope to be out of the 220s by then. The less I weigh, the better. I want to be faster for my next race.

  • Good weigh in today. I'm down 1.6 pounds. Puts me farther away from 240, so that is good. I'm hoping I can get even farther away soon. It makes me kind of nervous to be so close.

    Mizzthing: Definitely a sign to start running!!! Ha! Hopefully you didn't give up finding it and didn't get rid of the other one. That's stuff I do.

  • I have a major exam on Thursday night for a course that I hate so I have been studying like crazy for the last 4 days. My back and neck are killing me. I'm definitely well past the average age of a university student and my body knows it too.

    Once I get this exam out of the way, I can head back to the gym. I'm focussing on stretching and my massaging thumper right now.

    On the positive side - I'm pretty sure I am going to destroy this exam! Economics, I will defeat you!!!

  • Hey people! Sorry I've been MIA-- my laptop crashed and I had to rely on my iPhone to do homework for nursing school (which has SUCKED). I have my laptop back now. Yay!!

    Aaaaaaaand... I'm down to 225. Woot woot!
