  • While the scale doesn't reflect it, February was actually a very productive month for me. I started lifting heavy in early January and my body shows the difference. I'm excited to see what March brings!

  • I am in too. As the last two months I have been slow on weight-loss I am going to aim low and pray for high. I was 209.2 this morning I am going to make it my goal to get below 205 and stay below 205.
    Plan: Exercise minimum 350 minutes a week. Step average for the week 14500 steps a day. Start working with personal trainer to get my weightlifting on board. Complete my race on March 9th and start 10K training. Food goal 1700 calories, no eating my exercise calories. I am going to give myself one cheat day a week which I will still count calories. That cheat day will be Friday's only.
    Gardner Joy: You only need to post my weight goal, I know this would be a lot to list. Thanks for starting this challenge again.
