  • I'm in! I love this idea and want to get serious again about losing. Moral support really helps me.

    My goal is to get to 215 in February. 2 more days until I start tracking here. I am ready!

    Hi....I would love to be a part of the challenge...I need to be accountable.

    My first goal is to walk for an hour every day that I am off from work.

    My second goal is to not eat in my vehicle and not eat after 7pm.
    My third goal is to lose 2 pounds a week.

  • I'm in! I will wait until I have my end-of-January weight tomorrow to set my Feb goal.
  • I would like to join also! I would like to lose 12 pounds in February; not eat out more than 4 times, and try five new recipes! Twelve may sound like a lot - but I am at the beginning of my weight loss and have a lot to lose.
  • I am in, I am on week 3 so I think a challenge would be perfect.

    I want to lose 4lbs this February. And work out at least 3 times a week. Sounds tiny I know. But for me its a lot! ha
