Hi all, I had a diet question.
I count calories and work out at night usually after 7:30PM. I snack on nuts or hummus and wheat bread before I hit the gym and I usually feel hungry by 9PM when I am done and I try not to eat too much, I snack on nuts or have a glass of milk or even turkey meat on wheat bread after working out.
I don't know if I am wrong and want to switch things up a bit and was wondering... what does everyone eat after gym or before gym at night?
