  • Hey guys!

    I would like to join you. I use to be on here in 2011 and I am now back to do this again! I have found it a lot harder this time around, but I think I'm on a better track than before. I have been stuck at around 157 for 5 weeks. It's been super frustrating, but excited to have some support on this forum!

    9 DAYS TIL VEGAS!!! WEEEEEEEEEEEE!

    I'm STILL 157 range...this morning 157.4. I seem to be sticking on the scale a little right now, but I try to remember that happens and then one day it will be lower all of a sudden. I guess I just want to see 155 really bad, before Vegas, so that any water gain afterwards will still keep me under 160.

    Rode 12 miles on our bikes yesterday - fun! We are going to ride to a place called Bon Vivant a little later for lunch. It's a very cool market style restaurant with the whole front of it opening on to the sidewalk. Very eclectic and swanky! Should be fun, and they have healthy stuff, too.

  • morning everyone - I'm in the midst of finals and haven't posted for a day or two - was up 2 pounds due to sodium and mid-cycle madness, but as of this morning one of them has departed. 158. Eh. Never left the 150's though! Need the other pound to leave quickly so I can drop 2 more in the next 6 days! (I'm gonna try like ****!)
  • 158 this morning. After a weekend camping with constant BBQ and wine and a takeout when we got back!! think I got away lightly there!

  • 157 still. ARGH! ate under calories yesterday AND the day before, and rode 11 miles on bikes with DH last night. oh well...seemed to have been a little plugged up until I got to work this morning, and then magically the situation corrected itself. I expect the scale to move down tomorrow...
  • HI EVERYONE!!!! So I'm 157.4 today, and it's ok by me but I'm still going to try to get at LEAST to 156 by Monday. VEGAS!!!!! We leave around 10 a.m Monday morning, and it will take us 4 hours to drive with some stops in between. The drive there is always fun

    I'm bringing coconut waters with me and also some re-hydration powder that's clinical strength. I plan on staying hydrated to reduce any water gain to a minimum, but if we get out on to the strip to do some walking that will help. I plan on mixing the rum I got with the coconut water but I'm thinking during the day I may just drink water. It's going to be 100 degrees.

    Rode 11 miles again yesterday.

    I believe that I am officially here and not going back to the 160's. I haven't yet decided if I am going to be a permanent member or just passing thru. My original goal is 150. However, i still have a lot a fat in my stomach and thighs. Hopefully, that will start to disappear the closer I get.

  • I stayed the same but have learned in the past it usually takes me 3 days to drop after high sodium meal.
