159.2 - almost back to the 158 range! TOM is stalking me...but usually once it gets going I start dropping the water it causes a few days before. 16 days to Vegas...a couple more pounds would work!

morning all I was bad yesterday and had a few shots of vodka with DH. ugh. But I've had a bunch of coconut water already today and some recovery hydrating powder I got that is amazing. So I feel fine. I am not going to like the scale later, though, because I do expect water gain from it. But this morning the scale said 157.4

We are having so much fun on our new bikes that we rode a total of 24 miles yesterday!!! MapMyWalk says I burned over 1,000 calories! I believe it because of all that biking. It is such a HUGE difference to have speeds! I've never used them before...always before on our fixed gear bikes we would be just dying to get home after riding like 8 miles.

Here's to drinking enough water today to drown in!

6/2/14 - 157.4 (expecting water gain...damn vodka!)
6/3/14 - 158.6 (there's that water...not bad though!)

I have a group presentation to do tonight in accounting...I HATE presentations. I don't even really know what I'm going to say! I guess I'll figure it out when I get up there - it's just financial ratios. WHATEVER.

159, keep bouncing between 158 and 160 can't seem to break past 157 consistently.

Been bouncing between 153 and 158 (I know, right? A loooooot of cookouts recently...) and I think I'm steady again at 154. It's been tough to keep at the gym but I've been better. I need to start upping my cardio since I am having trouble getting my mile down. Grr...

I think I'm here for the long haul now! Bye Bye 160's, it's been over a week I've been in the 150's!

I'm off today for a Jewish Holiday, the temple and schools I work for is closed. Going to the doctor for a follow up on my blood work - I'm sure he wants to tell me to lower my cholesterol, even though I last tested at 207. He wants it to be 190 or less also my billirubins were high last time, so I'm sure it's the same this time, though I don't know why or what that really means. My liver numbers were super low, so I don't really understand!

I weighed 157.4 today presentation went well and I'm SO glad it's done! Finals next week and then a week off before Summer quarter starts!

Taking a big, long bike ride with DH later after Dr. appointment! YAY!!!

6/1/14 - 158.8
6/2/14 - 157.4 (expecting water gain...damn vodka!)
6/3/14 - 158.6 (there's that water...not bad though!)
6/4/14 - 157.4 (there's that number again! )
