    Ah yes stereotypically slinking back on the first of the year after all the holiday weight gain eating without abandon and going berserk at my anniversary dinner and parties.... Back at it I need to do some serious work before my cruise in March if I want to look halfway decent in my swimsuit.

    For exercise I am doing a rotation of Jillian Michaels DVDs in order for her 30 day slimdown. I know with my schedule I won't be able to work out everyday but I'm going to do what I can.

  • I gained way too much over the holidays. I would like to lose 25 pounds before my cruise at the end of February/beginning of March. I'm not sure if it's possible but I'm sure going to try.

  • I had lost some weight a few years ago and kept it off pretty well, but last year was hard and stressful and I ended up eating out and drinking my weigh to a 15+ pound regain. I'm excited about 2014 and getting back on track!
