    159.4 again. Maybe today with the brunch (which I didn't over do it) and the cookout later the higher calories intake will make for a better weigh in on Monday. It sometimes helps.

  • Catastrophic family reunion weekend: I bet I'm gonna be up 2 lbs tomorrow and I swear I'm going to avoid my family altogether FOR THE REST OF THE MONTH!
  • Sorry haven't been around much. Had a planned cheat day on Tuesday which resulted in a really bad case of food poisoning and *TMI* diarrhea .... couldn't eat anything for 3 days and I felt so weak I cld barely go to the bathroom at the end of the third day. Anywho, I'm alright now and back on track today. Weight is still the same with just a .2 lb loss. I'm actually scared of having a cheat meal or for that matter a cheat day. I ate from outside which probably caused the food poisoning. But things are fine now . Hope everyone's doing well

    I so wish that i could do that. I probably would have been at my goal ages ago. I did bad today. Tom showed up and i gave into temptation from all the goodies at family party.

  • No smoothies today. Will tomorrow. Using hemp protein powder, almond milk, coconut milk, vanilla, unsweetened cacao powder, a little splenda. Up a few pounds the last day and a half even tho I've been pretty good and worked out this morning, cardio and weighlifted. I need to get the scale moving again.
  • scale is way up today 166.2, my body is holding on to a ton of water. Today will be a really light day so I will have a better weigh in tomorrow for sure to whoosh the water away Ha, I sure won't whoosh out 10lbs for goal,

  • Love2b150 - I am in situation. Big jump up today. I know it is all salt so it should come off in a day or two. Going to push the water and rest. Also started a cold today.

    Mad - I also do smoothies daily. I use almond milk, cocoa powder, whey powder, banana, spinach and sometimes blueberries. I know the spinach sounds weird but I read about others doing it so I gave it a try. The spinach leaves get chopped up really well in a blender and you don't taste the spinach. Found it a good way to get extra veggies.

  • did well yesterday DH took me to lunch, but I had a Bison Burger and some kind of veggie slaw, and a lite beer. He wanted to have some rum, too, so I did have 3 shots, spaced way out, and I drank probably 2 glasses of water in between each one! We'll see if it affects me negatively on the scale tomorrow, but today it didn't

  • hiddenstar, Sorry about your up on the scale I had another up today. I tried to get it together yesterday but nope, I bombed. I like spinach in my smoothie also, it's funny how it doesn't change the flavor at all but sure make it look awful
