morning! I did not hit goal, but I knew that 10 days wasn't enough to get me to 160. I'd have to starve and I don't like starving!

But, I DID lose 2.4 pounds in 10 days!
It's good to remember, also, that in July of last year I got down to 158, went to Vegas, and came back 167. Didn't address that situation and went up to 172. Then, December last year, lost 7 pounds and was 165 when I went to Vegas on December 16th and came back at 172!
So since then, I've lost almost 10 pounds. Not ideal, but also just doing my usual try one week and then blow it on alcohol. I didn't really start getting serious about it again until, you guessed it, 10 days ago! I haven't had a drink of booze, beer, wine, etc...in over 3 weeks. And if I have to I'll go low carb again and do SBD because when I am super fed up and can't take it any more that is what works. So today I'll be thankful for 163 and start a new goal
