Hello Bonnie. I hope you're having success getting back on the wagon. It is so hard but we can do it!!!
I missed posting yesterday and Saturday but I am hanging in there. The scale seems to be stuck though. I had a huge 11 pound drop during the first week so I guess my body is still adjusting. I decided to go back to tracking WW Points as I will be joining the WW At Work program again on 2/5.
I am working on Day 25 now.
