  • December Challange
    Hi All I am new here but would love to get in on the decemner challange.

    Goal
    week 1 to do some sort of exercise for 20 minutes 3 days a week
    week 2 to exercise for 20 minutes 4 days a week
    week 3 to exercise for 30 minutes 4 days a weeek
    week 4 not to blow my diet out of the water over christmas and exercise 3 days for 30 minutes.

    I need to get on track and lose some of this weight! I can't wait to see how far we all come

  • By the end of December I would like to finish week 7 of C25K
  • I have struggled for the last 6 weeks or so. In particular in November. I reached none of my goals. I'm going to set one goal for myself for December. I really want to get back into the swing of things, get my eating back on track and my exercise and going to the gym. My new job is proving to be so difficult to work around. My only goal will be to finish my 800 miles in 2013 - 75 miles to go. Anything else I will do will be a bonus.

    December:

    3: 2.5 miles walking. (Total miles:12.55/75 miles) Tonight, after work I was going to go to the gym! Had so much motivation and planned it since Sunday but since then I've developed an awful cold and sore throat. Hope I'll start to feel better, I've plans during the week and weekend!
