  • Congratulations on your decision to get serious about weight loss!!

State your goal and track it daily or weekly till Christmas Eve with a supportive and upbeat group.

    Everyone welcome!!
  • My goal is to be lighter than I am today. This challenge is just about 5 weeks long, therefore I challenge myself to drop 5 pounds through diet and exercise.

I challenge myself to eat better; less sweets or added sugar. I know it is hard during this Holiday season, that is why it is called a challenge

    SW 154
    GW 149
  • Count me in. My goal actually is to be in the 150's by the end of the year. It will be a very difficult goal to achieve with all the holidays, but I am going to give it my best shot. These next 3/4 weeks between Christmas and New Year are going to be the make it / break it point for me in achieving this goal.
  • I'm in. I challenge myself to weigh less on Christmas Eve than I do on Thanksgiving Day. That will motivate me to get on the scale tomorrow; I'm dreading it!
  • I just made a pumpkin log for the Thanksgiving dinner; I had to try it out because it is gluten free and sometimes GF products come out as meh (this one included )... so I sampled the edges. One slice has 32g of sugar so there went today's living "sugar free".

This season is going to be challenging.....next I am off to make some peppermint bark, ugh.
  • living the lifestyle I feel that if I manage to maintain or drop a few pounds during these next upcoming weeks, it is a win. I am trying to push for 5 pound loss, but it may be a tall order.

Heidi When I stepped on that scale today and it made really sad. I was way below 150 less than a month ago....I am hoping that checking here each day will keep me in check.
  • Hello!

My goal is to stay below 120 throughout the holidays. Last year I managed to find 5 lbs. at this time of the year and I don't want to see that again!

    Strength in numbers, hm?
  • HI all...my goal is to finally get to an even 140 lbs. I plan on taking baby steps to clean up my eating. Hopefully my move will be over in a few weeks and I can start my new life and have a new body to go with the new life

I will log on here often, if not every day, and confess my poor choices to you all...I need to be held accountable.

    Lets do this!
  • That is my plan as well; the good, the bad and the ugly
  • I'm in also. I started the SBD this week (not totally perfect but I'm trying). I hurt my ankle so no major exercising for me for a bit until I can walk without pain, but I'll push through.

    Good luck to everyone!!!

    158 today - 140 is my goal
  • Cattails You are where I want to be!! Under 120 sounds devine!!

wantochange I love SBD, I use their cookbook all the time and I naturally follow SBD on most days (when I am OP).
  • My day was pretty good, except for the pumpkin roll slice I consumed. I did a double work out day; walk and weight lifting. I lifted heavy and my muscles are sore today.
