    1. 171.4 (+0.4) up a bit but I did have some cake and less healthy food due to my boyfriend's birthday
    2. 170.8 (-0.6) Basically back to where I started. I lost a lot of weight last week so a slow loss this week makes sense

  • The end of September was terrible for me food and weight wise. I've got to get serious again in October which will be difficult as I've got a friend visiting so I know I'll be drinking A LOT more than normal.
