  • No change for me this morning, but at least yesterday's loss seems to be sticking:

    Exercise or more. I guess I need to eat more.
  • I have a "moral" dilemma. I "won" this challenge, but how I won it.... I had upset stomach and nothing stayed in and I barely ate anything all day.

    I think I will see if my new low sticks (sometimes it does after a flu)...... and see what tomorrow brings.
