    Hi Everyone,
    My name is Sherice I started the program Ideal Protein on July 15, 2013 weighing in at 215 my goal weight is 135 to date I have lost 27 lbs and 17.5 inches bringing my weight down to 188 . I was getting bored with my meals I was making said something to my coach about it and she suggested I check this site out! I am looking forward to getting to know you all
