  • Phase 1.5 (fruit, no grain)

    ***was away for the weekend, did ok for the most part... though I had a few too many glasses of wine***

    Fruit Smoothy (greek yogurt, milk, 1/2 banana, raspberries, flax, ice)
    V8 (1/2 serving)

    Veggie soup w/ beans

    Veggie (chickpea) chili w/ rf cheddar & a dab of sour cream (because it was spicier than planned)
    Glass of skim milk

    Apple "crisp" topped w/ ground almonds, ground flax & cinnamon
    ***had a VERY painful mandolin accident while making this***

    Cucumber w/ ranch (if munchie later on)

    B oatmeal with ground flax and almond milk, 2 plums
    L. Curry cream of cauliflower soup
    S. Yougort
    S. Salsa chicken with stir fry of garden vegetable
    Glass of wine
    Three triscuits

    L - coleslaw/cucumber salad w beef and raspberry vinaigrette & 1/2 whole wheat bagle

    L - refried beans, chicken & onions, lf cheese
    S - salad, turkey pepperoni crisps
    D - chicken cacciatore, extra veggies

  • restarting phase one today after a vacation in disneyworld eating a lot of crap. here's my day so far

    breakfast-eggs, mushrooms, spinach,green pepper, 2% cheddar
    snack 15 almonds
    lunch-sbd chili, salad w/ lettuce, spinach, mushrooms and 1 tbs dressing
    snack- string cheese
    dinner-chicken breast, cauliflower, green beans, skim milk
    snack/dessert-hardboiled egg(s), tsp lite mayo

    Ugh, this just gave me the chills! I have the WORST luck with mandolins! Hope you're ok!

    Really an off plan evening. I was so good at the meeting but when I came home I eat in private.

    lunch hardboiled eggs, grilled chicken, letuce spinach mushrooms, 1 TBS dressing
    snack string cheese
    dinner sbd chilli, lf cheddar, rf sour cream, 2 oz grilled chicken, skim milk

    It was NOT a pleasent expirience, thats for sure... but I will survive, thanks for the concern
