Thanks "same7pounds" I am really hoping IGET IT this time! Was at around 130 for around a year and started thinking I could eat like everyone else. NOT got to 158 and stuck there for about2 yrs before I could get my head straight.Was hard to get started but once I did weight came right off,I had run and exercised the whole time. I am 61 I am tired of playing YoYo!
