My ad hoc update

    Still here (ish)

    I've been doing alot of training recently for a cross country run in 2 weeks time. I will do be doing 4x 10km race in 24hrs. My best 10k time is 66m so Its going to be hard.

    Weight is static around 260 give or take a few pounds. I'm hoping to get under 238 by Xmas which is the main target. For now just training and more training as after this run i have my first half marathon on 1st Sept.

    Hi, yes. 66:33 to be exact, my best 5k time is 29:50 ish but I collapsed at the end of that one. (really hard)

    Weight last night at fat club -5lb from previous 2 weeks ago at 255lb
