Labor Day Challenge Lets do it!

  • Okay.. this is alittle longer of a time frame for a challenge.. (I know that there are other ones started in other places, but please join in here if you wish! We would love anyone to join who wants to work towards a goal!)

    Please start off with a Starting Weight then log or put your current weight (weather daily, weekly, monthly etc. whatever and however you want) and then put your Goal Weight for what you would like to reach on Monday September 2nd (from July 4th its 8.5 weeks) Plenty of time to see a big difference in your journey of weight loss.

    I know you all will be winners in this challenge. Lets Start!

    Oh I can't wait to see what I weigh on Labor Day 9/2. I am seeing those 230's in my head and every day going to wake up thinking that!

  • I"m shooting for a normal BMI @24.9, it's hefty goal of 24 pounds but I might as well try.....

    Happy Saturday everyone!!!!! I'm in but still having computer issues! So happy to see 191 again - first time since Florida! Looks like I'm in a downdowndown for a millisecond and I'll take it!!!

    down .5 pounds, I did consume wwwwaaaaayyyyy to many carbs last night so I"m sure the scale will see it in the next few days. I do have some edema in my legs that doesn't help

    Ten Pounds Gone!!!

    just ordered some workout dvd's off the amazon yesterday.....30 day shred, abdominal and butt, general toning, hopefully dh and I will pick up a treadmill this week for cardio.
    What's your favorite workout??

    No,no, no no....total since 6/11....been off and on for a few days in-between and I"m hoping this challenge will give the punch to work harder...that would be awesome to lose in 4 days though!!!
