This might seem silly, but my worst habits are buying crappy, fatty foods that I don't need or want, just for the sake of it.
So my first goal I am setting myself is to stop buying it at all...
I mean you can't eat what you don't have right?
And once what I have is gone, that's it out of my life.
Snacking is my worst habit, I often eat when I'm bored or when my food is cooking, just out of sheer low will power, now is the time to master my will power ad prove I can do these things.
Has anyone else got any advice? Opinions?
