Lessons learned this time around

  • I have finally found the balance.

    My past experience with LCHF was not a successful one. I was not skilled at balancing my protein. This time around I have been getting the highest fat that I have ever achieved. For example..today I am at 88% fat, 10% protein and 1% carbs.

    The biggest sign of doing it "right" is how I feel. I have so much energy, I feel happy and I am not hungry. Not hungry ALSO means that I am not nervous eating..which is how I got fat. I loved to chew. I have no desire now. I eat when I am hungry and stop when I am not. I am not eating until I bust! It's really great to have finally figured it out.
  • Way to go!! Glad it's working for you. I lost a lot on Atkins an cant wait to get back on induction when I'm done breast feeding
