Also, a TRUE stall is not measured in DAYS but in WEEKS. 12 days does not constitute a stall in weight loss. You have to give your body time to work out whatever is going on right now, and actually give some of the suggestions here time to work.

Great question. The PT is for my shoulder, so I do about 30 minutes of strengthening exercises. My heart rate doesn't go up, so I figured I was okay without an extra packet. But you are 100% correct on the inflammation. It is terribly inflamed, but then again it was before IP. In fact, someone here said IP helps reduce inflammation. Not sure, but I can tell you this. After 6 years of intermittent shoulder pain, and 3 1/2 months of chronic pain, my shoulder suddenly stopped hurting on day 4 of IP. Of course, I had been waiting for the MD appointment, which was on Day 7, and then PT started on Day 9.
