I was just
reading up on hypo and treating it with a Paleo diet. I'm going to start tomorrow with a refined attack with the diet. I never tried eliminating dairy, so I think for the next 30 days I'll go with that. I'm also going to eliminate eggs and nightshades. I had already eliminated all things soy, grains, legumes, sugar and refined/processed foods. Now I'm trying to figure out what I'm going to have for breakfast tomorrow!
I have struggled with taking vitamins on a regular basis, but I do know that I'm very low on D3. As of tomorrow morning, I'm back on my vitamin protocols.
If you don't mind, I'd like to track my status here. I find that sending my progress out on the Internet helps me stay true to my mission.
