Today was the big vitality health screening at work. I was hoping to be 234 or UNDER on their scales by this time. I was barely under 234 this evening when I weight on my scale (bad weekend).
Here are my results after fasting for 9 hours:
They measured my height and I'm 5'6? I always thought I was about 5'7"-5'8". This kind of wrecks all my goal weights. Now I have to adjust them. On their scale, I weighed 239. My glucose and blood pressure was good (they always are). My total cholesterol was 151, HDL 47, TC/HDL ratio 3.2, LDL 91, triglycerides was 67. The nurse said that my HDL was too low and that exercise would fix it (right now I'm doing about 2 hours of low intensity a week bare minimum). Although the shock of being shorter is killing me.
