Well Sunday night and I am moping about going to work tomorrow Why isn't the weekend longer

On a good note I got alot of errands run on Saturday and a ton of housework and clearing out of some boxes I have been meaning to clear out since we moved here 3 years ago

Crummy weekend, huh Mauvais? Rain. And more all week. I don't OBJECT to rain, but I do like to see the sun once in a while.

I know I'm going to sit around on the computer a lot today, so I'm going to do something I read on the Internet. I've got a timer, and I'll set it for 15 minutes. So I get 15 minutes on the computer, then have to get up and DO SOMETHING for 15 minutes. etc. It works pretty well, and I actually get a lot done.

By the way, where is Flower?

I'm draggy this morning but am going to force myself to do some garden stuff this morning. What a crappy weekend! And the rest of the week does not look much better!

Just thought I would let you guys know I got my job... they called me Friday afternoon, I go do the rest of the paper work tomorrow AM and am suppose to start on Wednesday.... .... prayer works... I was getting worried, but it worked out....

Monday and now that DH is back at his WORK computer I have the home one all to myself (heh heh)...have discovered playing solitaire on Yahoo, alas. I used to love playing it with real cards when I was a kid...sigh. DH asks what am I gonna do today & what I said was all sorts of serious worky stuff; and what I was thinking was, "that is what I OUGHT to do, but I will probably be playing solitaire on line, now that you've got off MY computer!!"

Lidian... That's too close to my own life for comfort.
DH came to bed unusually late last night. I asked him what he was doing and he said, "Playing Caesar II". This morning all I could think of was, "Would you hurry up and get to work because it's raining out again and I want to play Caesar III!"
I've actually managed NOT to play any computer games today! I did an unusual amount of cleaning instead. And just had a wee nap. I DID play a couple of quick games of "Freecell" though.

Spent the day bumming around with the boy. I ended up spending all day Saturday, drove home late Saturday night, went back up at 4pm yesterday, and just got home. It was good to see his mom, and it was nice to meet his grandparents & dad. But mostly I just wanted to see him.

Cried when we said bye on Monday. (Actually he cried Sunday night while we were laying down talking, I cried Monday, again while we were laying on his floor talking) When I left, I made him walk down 2 stairs in front of me so I could give him a kiss on the cheek. Did that, he looked at me and smiled, then we shared one quick kiss. He said it wasn't good bye forever. Cried part of the way home too.

And now all I want to do is eat.

Squeak, I'm glad you had a good time with the boy. Happy/sad, huh?
It's okay if you eat some stuff, but then you have to move on and be a good girl because we love you and don't want you to have a coronary.

It is so weird. It was a great weekend, but not. We had so much fun together, it was just sad too.

(and I re-read my previous post, and fixed it. No more writing when I can't think straight.)

Holy Mother. This weather is the pits.
And my face is a mess of ugly/angry/painful break-outs. And I have a new habit of constantly grinding my teeth. All I need now is my period.

I played Caesar almost all day.

Ellis, you cannot get the tooth grinding habit. My Mother did that and it drove us all nuts!
