  • Okay I weighed. I weigh 173.5

    You know how I lost two pounds in two days? I think it was because... okay my anorexia has been creeping up on me in some instances and I became-temporarily-afraid of the scale. So I barely drank any water.

    So those 2 pounds were pure water. I was a bit depressed at first-had a mental breakdown. But now I've decided I'm not gonna let ANYTHING stop me from losing all this weight. Sure this wasn't great news-but it's not the end of my journey.

    NO!! back in the 190s. Just barely tho, I better be back down tomorrow! This month has really not been the best and I hit my first major stall while staying OP. Kind of discouraging but I'm gonna stick with it. Although I will be having some wine tonight with a girlfriend. Maybe that'll shake things up Next month will be better I hope! Hoping to at least get down to 188 this month. We shall see..
  • Okay my scale is wonky. I got on it and it added a pound.... got on it again.... added another pound. UGH I am not gonna weigh in till my new scale arrives.
  • Yep. It's duff. Could go either way with the new scale. Some have gained. Some have lost. I lost 5lbs in one hit with my new scale.

  • Okay funny thing... My scale came today! And it came with this tool! At first I was like "What the heck is this-a remote or something???" Then I figured out it's a measuring tool so I can measure my waist bust hips and stuff! Immediately I was like "Okay this is an accurate scale" without weighing XD THEN I weighed.... after drinking 2 pounds of green tea and 1 pound of water in one hour i stepped on it and weighed 176! The old scale-well it misweighed my clothing AND kept jumping numbers grrr... THIS EATSMART SCALE IS DEF ACCURATE! Can't wait for morning!

  • Well my TOW came as predicted and bit me hard in the butt! Up 1.4lbs today for no particular reason. Argh. I hate Tuesdays. Tuesdays are the new Mondays for me when it comes to weightloss.

    Happy hour for me tonight so let's see how tomorrow goes. It's time to get rid of some of that water!

  • Okay I weighed 175.... I was about to have a mental breakdown AGAIN. But remembered my talk with my therapist and how I told her I wouldn't let a few pounds get in my way.... So I'm not! I am going to make my goal for May 1st 172. I am going to stay positive!

    Yknow, looking back, I'm not going anywhere fast Ugh, so frustrating! I think I might drop off of this thread as far as weighing in goes and just stay for motivation, cuz I'm not "losing" weight, it just keeps bouncing back and forth between 160 and 157. Can't wait til the end of this week so I can take measurements & hopefully I'll see a difference there... :/ I wish I knew my body better so I knew what helped me lose/gain!

    I ran 10 miles last night. TEN! Non-stop. I don't know what's up with my weight. My body is being silly with water maybe. I'm considering just eating at maintenance for the rest of the month because this is driving me crazy and I'm hungry all the time.
